It is a sure fact that nearly everyone loves junk food, so what are the negatives and what are the positives (if any) to eating it?
Negatives
These are going down first because you will much rather wait for the benefits right.
Thats An End For Energy
This is going to be the one negative that can actually be stopped as it is only short term and can be put to an end if you stop munching down. Junk food does certainly not give us all of the nutrients that we need to carry on which is why you can start to feel a bit weak after a while.
Concentration- A Lack Of
This although mainly long term, can sometimes turn into something a bit longer lasting. Junk food contains a lot of oil which is actually the thing that makes you feel tired and unable to concentrate. Vital oxygen is not passing through your bloodstream can have a temporary effect on the brain cells.
The Terrible Problem That Is Heart Disease
This is the one that all of those big companies concentrate on the most. This is in a lot of the anit-junk food profiles because it can kill you easily. What happens is plaque forms within the arteries which then makes the heart work a lot faster than it usually would so the blood coming in is a lot lower.
Positives
These are very hard to find indeed and the only plus side to eating a lot of junk food is that it tastes a hell of a lot better than a salad! It would seem that the negatives certainly out way the positives. However junk food is also linked to improving people’s moods so there is that too.
if you have a bit of junk food now and again then there is no problem at all, my personal favourite is to order food online.
